I'm using the new PAL 2.7 to and I'm getting this error:

then I uninstall the PAL 2.7 and reinstall Pal 2.4 and getting the below error:

It looks like your output directory is either too long or has characters that Powershell is having difficulty with. Please try an output directory that is shorter and doesn't have any special characters such as the parenthesis.
