Created Unassigned: Custom Threshold Input Values [25918]

In creating a custom threshold file, I copied the questions regarding NumberofProcessors, PhysicalMemory and OS from other threshold files, and created default answers to those questions, 2 for processors, 16GB for Memory, 32-bit Windows Server 2008 for the OS. Are those values utilized in calculating performance and alert thresholds? Is there a way to include those values? I am in the process of baselining Windows 2008 Terminal Servers, and in particular, the CPU percentages don't match with values obtained from VMware. How can those values be included in determining results? Please assist.

FYI, I love this product, it has been very helpful in assessing performance!
