Created Unassigned: Error when using new threshold file [25912]

I have a couple of questions actually, I created a new threshold file for a 32-bit Windows 2008 Terminal Server. I had to make several tweaks to the threshold values but it appears to be working fine on my Windows 8 laptop. On the other hand, when I try to run it against the perfmon data file collected on a like 32-bit Terminal Server it errors out after generating the Paging File % Usage chart, and the html report is never generated. This is the error message:

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, then reimporting my custom threshold file without success. I was able to successfully export to a Perfmon Data Collector Set, and used that file to perform a test data collection, so all the counters should match. Please advise!

Also. the other question I have is regarding the questions added to the threshold files. I viewed other thresholds, i.e. the Quick System Overview and the TMG threshold, and copied the code and format of the OS, NumberofProcessors and PhysicalMemory values, and set the values to String, with my default answers to be 32-bit Windows Server 2008, 16GB RAM and 2 CPU accordingly. When running a report those values are correct, yet it does not seem to be using the values in any calculations - i.e. CPU or Memory. Is there a way to format the questions to make use of the input values? Please advise, I am using PAL to analyze a group of 15 Terminal Servers for a customer, and the values are not seeming to match up properly without the correct amounts of memory and CPU.

Thanks!
Krista
