As you have suggested I have checked and the tool is in ENglish.
I am using Windows 8.1 64 Bit OS.
As you have suggested " Please ensure that the counter log is recorded in English. " I have few questions:-
1. Where do I find the counter log file(location).
2. How do I verify that it is in English.
Please reopen this issue and help me. I can provide you with all the required log files just let me know what you need.
