Created Unassigned: Index operation failed [25646]

I've used SQLDiag to gather information from a production SQL server and am attempting to use PAL to generate the reports but am receiving the following error:

"Index operation failed; the array index evaluated to null.
At :C\Program Files\PAL\PAL\PAL.ps1:3440 char:69"

Is this an issue with the PAL tool or the output from SQLDiag?
