Created Unassigned: date filter doesn't work on successive runs [25410]

when you are processing logs,

you can set a date/time filter and it will work okay adding the job to the queue,

as you add additional additional jobs, the date filter control is active in the gui and you can change the date/time filter settings, but when you add the job to the queue, the job is set to the full date range instead of what you selected.
