Running PAL v2.4 on Windows Server 2008 R2. I saw a previous issue from 2012 of other users with this issue but it was closed.

If I run the command line manually (PS1.ps), and specify the date/time as -b "12/12/2013 1:00AM" -e "12/12/2013 5:00AM" it works fine... I forgot that I had done 12:30AM in my initial try running through the PAL tool so I'll have to try running command line again when it finishes with 12:30AM.
